Original lower insulation box (no upper box included). Original Certificate of Authenticity & Registry. String of lights for decoration (not electrified). Schoolhouse includes 2 hooks on either side of front to attach string of lights. One Wiring Harness with working bulb for illumination of school house. Item is in mint condition.
