42 Piece Train Village by Grandeur Noel Collectors Edition and Department 46 Village trees included with the set. BOX IS IN GOOD CONDITION but has tape where it had been sealed after use. All pieces appear to be in excellent shape, with no apparent chips or cracks.
Except 1 light post is missing a light (pictured). Both sets of instructions are present. ALL THE LIGHTS WORK INCLUDING THE TRAIN LIGHT.
The porcelain buildings are in the original factory Styrofoam. Please view pictures carefully as they are part of the description. Department 46 trees do have a smokey smell the village does not.
