2005 Hawthorne Village Old Granville House It's a Wonderful Life with COA

2007 Hawthorne Village "Old Granville House" It's a Wonderful Life Collection with COA with Mary Bailey. This is for a very nice lighted house from Hawthorne Village. "Old Granville House" is part of the It's A Wonderful Life series. It is in mint condition and comes in the original packaging and certificate of authenticity. From 2005, it is sculpture number A 1578 and measures about 6 1/4" tall by 8" wide, and is exquisite.

It is complete with lamp cord and one Mary Bailey figure and is in mint condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. I will be listing other pieces in this series. This would make a great addition to an existing collection or the start of new one. These are not stock photos, every picture is of the item you will be receiving.
