THE CANDLES HAVE A PLASTIC CANDLE DRIP EFFECT WHITE CAP AND ONE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AS SHOWN DOES NOT AFFECT THE DISPLAY OR USE ALSO THE RED BASES HAVE SOME AGE WEAR AS SHOWN COULD BE EASILY REPAINTED TO YOUR CHOICE COLOR STANDS 42TALL, STILL A PRETTY NICE VINTAGE SET BULBS NOT INCLUDED.
