Collection of Lang & Wise, Department 56, and other Christmas Village items

NOTE: I ended my original listing and relisted these because this morning I did an actual count of boxes and I ended up having over 100 boxes of items (not over 60 like I originally had the listing posted as). So basically I added 40% more stuff but still kept the price the same! So I had to end that listing and relist these just to let customers know there is a lot more here than I originally thought.

Right now I need some cash to repair my van so I decided it was time to offer this collection for sale at "pennies on the dollar" of the original cost. Collection includes: around 30 buildings in original boxes, dozens of figures & scenery items again all in original boxes. Plus some stuff without boxes.

90% is Lang and Wise with the rest being other assorted Christmas Village items that are around the same scale. I don't have an exact count but at a guess I know the collection will be over 100 boxes of stuff in original boxes. Some boxes are one house or larger item. Other boxes have several smaller items in each box. There was enough to cover a layout about 8x12 feet completely plus some extras. Shelving unit pictured has 3 rows deep of boxes so you are only seeing a small part of the collection! From memory I think there are around 30 houses so that should leave about 70 boxes of accessory items.

I wish I would have taken pictures before we tore the layout apart but it looked great. Anyway since everything is boxed up and sitting on shelves I just took a couple sample pictures. Due to the volume of stuff included.
