Department 56 New England Village, Salem Willows Essex St. Comes with building, box, corded light, and non working orange bulb. The building is in very good condition.

The orange bulb does not work so I replaced with a clear bulb. The box has some wear from storage including creases, corner tears, and edge wear. See pictures for detailed condition.
