Dept 56 A Christmas Story Village's The Perfect Tree RETIRED 2013

Story: In 2023 around Christmas I decided I needed the Christmas Story Village by Dept 56. Since then, I only setup the village one time, Christmas 2024.

I really wish I wouldn't act on these whims of mine... The box does have slight damage and I included pictures showing that. The piece is in excellent working condition.
