56 Christmas In The City Series #805538 "Yankee Stadium ". It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The flags and light cord is included. The building measures 10 inches high x 12 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide.

It is a great facade for your village display. Please check out the pictures. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve does have some wear on the edges from age and storage.
