DEPT 56 Christmas in the City HOLIDAY BROWNSTONE #4050913 NEW & RARE

The DEPT 56 "Christmas in the City" Holiday Brownstone is a brand new porcelain Christmas village house from Department 56. This multicolor piece, measuring 4.25 inches in length, 9.25 inches in height, and 5.25 inches in width, depicts city life in an American style. Part of the Christmas in the City collection, this retired piece from 2016 comes in its original box packaging, making it a perfect addition to any holiday decor collection. Made in China, this painted village house captures the essence of seasonal cities with intricate details and festive design.

This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I've had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way.
