Retired Rare and Hard to Find Classic, and is 23.5 Tall. When plugged in, lighted first as green... Unplugged it, then re plugged... Both shown in our photos..

No little "power pack" came with this to change lights easily. And 4 Tiny Flags for lower portion of building. Pls see above notes on Outer sleeve, and Styro Box.
