A Dept 56 Snow Village Halloween MORDECAI MANSION! Very cool building in near perfect condition. Sound and lights work great ('lightning' flashes as a spooky voice bellows from inside the building).

The only flaw I found is that there are a couple of very tiny chips at the base of the stairs. Please see pics 12 and 13, because I definitely don't think it detracts from the display of the house. Comes in the original box with product tag and paperwork. Styrofoam box has a notch in one end (see last pic).

Fortunately it's in an empty compartment, so it does not compromise the protection of the house. Thank you for viewing my listing!
