Original Packagings (styrofoams + box sleeves) + unused adapter for the building. The bloodmobile is brand new and never displayed -still sealed.
The building might have been store displayed inside a glass case. This can easily be touched up or covered up by moss or leaves. Both box sleeves show shelf wear with the building sleeve having clear-tape-repaired tears all around the edges.
