Up for sale is this RARE piece from the Department 56 North Pole woods series. Condo flag has bend in metal wire and paint missing (see picture). Wire to light up was cut so no longer lights up. NOTE: some pieces may have the "typical factory flaws" excessive glue, paint out of lines, crooked attachments ect...
Piece is hand painted and assembled, allowing for minor and unique imperfections due to this hands on process. I do my very best to describe each item as accurately. If for some reason you need more time just contact me to work something out.
