This listing is for a Dept 56 Snow Village HARVEST FARM ROADSIDE PRODUCE! The set is complete and includes building, plastic converter attachment (in case you would rather use electric to light rather than battery), instructions for Display Anywhere lighting and product tag. The building has no chips, cracks or repairs. There is one spring on the outer side in the battery box that is a little loose. You shouldn't have any issues as long as you're careful to put the batteries in spring-side first.
