These have only been displayed. Twice then put back in their boxes and stored in a climate controlled room. They are in excellent used condition. I only want to sell these as a set.

As with any of the department 56 pieces they are very fragile and some of the plastic parts become a little bit tacky, this is due to age. I have many villages and hundreds of pieces. I do know this sometimes happens. Pet friendly smoke free shop.
