Dept 56 Studio 1200 Second Avenue 25th Anniversary Event Edition Never Displayed

This was never displayed but I've had it for quite some time. I received it as a gift but we have to downsize. I'm calling it used because I've had it for a while in my storage room. The sleeve and styrofoam are in excellent condition. This is a beautiful building!
