Grandeur Noel 37 pc Fiber Optic Victorian Christmas Village Set 2003 Collectors

I counted 35 pieces (not 37), but all main parts appear to be complete. I'm not sure what the 2 missing pieces would be - there is no "artificial snow" included. 5 buildings (3-Fiber optic, 2-Regular). 10 accent pieces see photo #6.

The 4 lampposts (complete) see photo #5. Also, 3x adapters + 1x 2-light cord are included. A couple of issues to note. 1 The theater building's lights do not work (the fiber optic lights do not turn on).

I'm unsure of what the issue is. 2 There's a small finial piece broken off on an accent piece See photo #7. No other issues - all else works else and in good cosmetic condition.
