Hawthorne Village Nightmare on Elm Street-Westinhills Hospital. Im a huge horror movie fan but everybody knows, space and family first! Obviously its used but I only pulled this out for the first two years and it has been stored in its original box ever since. The set is excellent condition with no chips!

The pumpkin is original and the tree is fully intact. Freddie is in mint condition and so is the hospital.

I CAN NOT for the life of me find the certificate of aunthenticy and Im bummed. I have always saved this paperwork and have turned my house upside down for it. I probably put it somewhere special so I wouldnt lose it or forget and here we are! Im a person of my word!
