Overall, the house and watermill is in excellent shape. An exception is a small porcelain cart with kegs that was damaged. In my opinion, the cart was located much to close to where the house and mill sit on the base. When you place the house and mill it's very difficult to avoid bumping into the cart and it's pretty fragile.

I will include the broken cart if you wish to re-glue (easy super glue fix) and see how it works for you. The watermill works, as shown in the video. Water is held in the base and pumped to to the wheel.

You will have to adjust how much water you put in to base so as to allow the pump to work correctly. There is also a control on the pump to control water volume.
