HTF RARE The Grinch Stole Christmas Movie Max Who-Ville Town Square Play Set

This is the Grinch presented by illumination, Dr. It is the Who-Ville Town Square. It is NEW and still factory sealed. Please look at all the photos so you will know what it is you are purchasing. This is old stock so you will need to replace the batteries.

There is a slight tear in the box and it is approximately 1 inch in length. This can be seen in the photos.
