Owned and cherished by elderly woman for many years. Unfortunately, she no longer has the time nor energy to set it up every year and would love it to go to a family or church that will enjoy it as much as her family and friends did. The majority is in excellent condition without chips or cracks and in the original boxes.

There is only ONE item that has some damage (this will be noted below next to the item) and the few items that no longer have the original boxes (also noted below) have been placed in other boxes or plastic storage container to protect them from damage. These pieces have been acquired over several decades. This village set comes with something unique that you will not find with any other village, it comes with hundreds of handmade pieces made by the owner. There are countless hours invested in creating these amazing miniature pieces that add so much more detail to this incredible set. The list below shows every item that is included in the set with the exception of a few handmade pieces. This is by far the most detailed village you will find. Every year it had people oohing and aahing for hours. It is a gorgeous set to add to your holiday decor collection. The lot is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
