" If " any buildings are run on fiber optics the adapter IS included. A pile of cords is included for lighting the houses (may need additional). Also included are trees and other accessories. A bunch of figures (people) and other scenery pieces included. Everything seen in the pictures nothing more or less. This lot and the others as described in my store are mixed lots which include Department 56, Lemax and Coca-Cola mainly but might include others. Please see below for more information.
