There isn't anything about it that overtly says Christmas so it could be just a cool decorative piece. It doesn't have a lot of thickness so it might fit on your mantel. This house is 19 inches high on a base that's 12 by 8 inches. It comes with a plug in light and the windows are yellow cellophane so they'll show up when lit. It's paper mache, but the outside is made to look like it's birch bark.

Shake roof and lots of moss around the base. There are a couple of mushrooms decorating the outside of the facade of the house. Trees by side of house are not included in this listing but are available in another listing.
