Lemax Spooky Town Grisley's Greenhouse. Lights And Sounds. Damaged Read. Missing

Lights up and plays audio like it should. There are some damaged spots. "Pumpkin patch" sign on right side is gone, broken off. Plant on "Funeral Flowers" sign has been reglued and you can see the missing red paint. Windows are dirty with spots, I don't know if that's how it's made or not.

White piece of fence on the back is broken and missing. On the top front of roof there's two white paint blemishes. I think that's all. Box shows wear, missing Velcro strap.
