Lot of 16 David Winter Cottages And Collectors Book. 1983 The Bothy - Good shape, no major flaws. 1993 The Quack's Cottage - Good condition, no major flaws.

1988 Scottish Collection Gatekeepers - Missing paint on roof line, very minor, has all paperwork. 1983 The Fishermen's Wharf - Has minor imperfections, not very noticeable at all. 1983 The Bakehouse - Has missing paint, micro/minor chips on roof shingles. 1991 The Weavers Lodgings - Has COA, original box, some small tiny chips noticeable at the top corner of the chimney. George's Church - This one does not have a box with it nor any paperwork. Also, please review all photos for the condition of this collectible as their are a few tiny unnoticeable chips and or paint on it. 1982 Ivy Cottage - Small chip on lower house roof, very minor. 1989 Guy Fawkes - Has COA, original box and in great condition! Please reference detail pictures, I have listed all imperfections.

1988 Scottish Collection Crofter's Cottage - Has original box, COA and in really good condition, please see photos for accurate description. 1985 Kent Cottage - Signed by artist, has COA has original box, good condition, please see photos for detailed condition. 1985 Vicarage - Minor chip/missing paint on corner of roof lines.
