RARE 2006 Dept 56 Christmas in the City Coca Cola Bottling Company 59258 READ

RARE 2006 Dept 56 Christmas in the City Coca Cola Bottling Company 59258. It is MISSING ALL of the small Coke signs and attachments which includes the ladder on the one side that appears to have been broke off. It ONLY comes with what is shown in photos.

Does NOT come with any other attachments or accessories that are not shown in photos. Other then the side where the ladder attaches and it appears to have broke off, there are no other spots I see where anything has broken off. It does not appear to be broken or chipped anywhere, so the house itself is in good shape, but it is just missing some pieces.

Box has a few small marks/tares in it, but is still intact and in good overall shape.
