The Porcelain do have spots and a few stains and fading due to sitting and old age. One of the pieces on top of the roof broke off as seen in the pictures above one of the side windows. The Styrofoam box also have wear and tear on it as seen in the pictures.

This is a first edition piece that is very rare.
