ULTRA RARE! Chick-fil-A Dept 56 like light up restaurant

The cows ear is missing. Some of the building may be tinked I couldn't find much tinks or nicks but I took very close photos for you to observe. Very cool piece very hard to find I'm not sure what it's even worth.
